This policy aims to clarify the terms and conditions that govern your use of the Raha application and services.

 Usage Policy for the [Raha] platform:

 -Introduction:

 This document is the official usage policy of the [Raha] platform, and it specifies the terms and conditions that all users must abide by when using our services, so please read this usage policy carefully before using the (Raha) platform to request health services such as cupping and massage. Your use of the platform is considered acceptance of these terms and your agreement to be bound by them, and this agreement is valid and effective as soon as you agree to it and start registering on the platform under Article X of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.

 - Definitions:

 *Platform:

 This definition includes all forms of the platform on the Internet, whether it is an electronic application, or a website on the Internet.

User:

 A person who wishes to use the [Raha] platform to request health services such as cupping and massage through its electronic platform.

Agreement:

This term means the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.

Services provided:

 The [Raha] platform provides health services including (cupping and massage)

-Permitted use:

 The platform is allowed to be used for the following purposes:

* Browse all centers that provide health services such as massage and cupping and find out the availability of the service at home or in the center.

 *Scheduling appointments and reservations.

- Prohibit:

Use the platform for any illegal or abusive activities or violate the rights of others.

- Accounts and security:

 Upon applying to join membership in the platform as a user, the user must be obligated to disclose specific information and choose a secret username and password to be used when accessing the platform's services, and thus you have agreed to:

-Using your account or membership:

The platform has it yourself, as you are fully responsible for it, and in the event that others use it, this is a presumption that you have authorized him to use the platform in your name and account.

-Information Protection:

 The platform is committed to treating your personal information and contact addresses with complete confidentiality.

-Report violations:

 Notify the platform immediately in case of suspected unauthorized use of the account.

-Responsibility:

Take full responsibility for all activities that take place under the account name and if the platform finds that you have disclosed information that is not true, incorrect, not current, incomplete, illegal, or contrary to what is stated in the usage agreement, the platform has the right to suspend, freeze or cancel your membership and account in the platform, without harming the rights of the other platform and its legitimate means of recovering its rights and protecting the rest of the consumers.

Privacy and data protection:

 [Raha] platform is committed to maintaining the privacy of users and protecting their personal data, we follow the best practices and local laws to ensure the security of personal data and information.

-Amendments to the policy

This agreement - which is amended from time to time as the case may be - constitutes the mechanism of work, understanding and agreement between (the user) and (the platform) to reflect changes in the services or applicable laws, and users will be informed of any amendments through appropriate means, the platform may impose fees on some users, depending on the offers or services they request or the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the service. The platform reserves the right to add, increase, reduce or deduct any fees or expenses under the articles, terms and provisions of the usage agreement, on any of the consumers, whatever the reason for their registration.
